CLASSIC CUSCO 5 Days / 4 Nights

Itinerary Oultline:

• Day 1: Arrival to Lima and private transfer to the hotel.
• Day 2: Morning Flight to Cusco and afternoon city tour.
• Day 3: Machupicchu tour.
• Day 4: Sacred Valley tour.
• Day 5: Transfer to the airport
  

*Fixed Group departures: Every Monday,Thursday and Sunday.

Day 1/Lima

Upon arrival, private transfer to your hotel in Lima.

Day 2/Cusco (B)

Morning transfer to the airport to board your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival assistance at the airport and transfer to your hotel. You will be welcomed with a comforting cup of coca tea to acclimatize to the 3,300 meters above sea level where the city is located.

Morning on your own, get your self lost…

Around 2:00 pm we will take you on a guided tour around the city where we will visit the Qoricancha Temple and the stunning Cathedral.  Later we will visit the nearby ruins outside the city such as the Sacsayhuaman complex, Tambomachay, and Puka Pukara fortress.

Day 3 / Machupicchu (B/L)
This day visit one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. In the early morning begin with a transfer to the train station to board the train that will take us trough the sacred valley of the Incas to the town of Aguas Calientes.  We will get on a bus that will take us up to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary.  Then our guided tour will last approximately three hours.  By the end of our tour we will have a delicious buffet lunch.  You will then be transported to the Aguas Calientes Train Station to catch the train back to Cusco.

Day 4 / Valle Sagrado(B/L)

In the early morning you will be picked-up from your hotel and embarked onward the breath-taking Sacred Valley.  Our first stop will be the Pisaq Market where you will see colourful and traditional arts and crafts.  Later we will move onward the town of Urubamba for a delicious lunch to be served to you as an outdoor buffet in a country side restaurant.  Our next stop will be at the Inca town of Ollantaytambo.  It still maintains Incan architecture, with water canals and agricultural terraces. 

Day 5 / Cusco - Lima(B)

After a healthy breakfast we will take you to the airport to board your return flight.
